Fair and transparent pricing

Our fee is 7.6% for support workers and 7.6% for clients,giving Zoee 15.2%.

At Zoee we believe everyone is equal - and this is reflected in our pricing structure; charging clients and support workers below the industry average.

Our clients pay us less for access to the platform than our competitors - they get more hours of support.

Our support workers pay us less than our competitors for access to the platform and gain more pay.

How do you get paid?

Zoee uses Stripe to process payments & to pay our support workers. This is how it works:

  • You submit your timesheet - it gets sent to the client for approval
  • It is approved by the client
  • Payment is processed weekly on a Wednesday
  • Your first payment may take up to 7 - 14 days
  • Pays thereafter will take 1 - 2 days to clear

The NDIS pricing arrangement and the price limits for the NDIA.

You can only use Zoee if you have NDIS Self-Managed funding or a Plan Managed funding. If you have self-Managed funds, you have no price limits and can negotiate the price and choose your provider. If you have Plan Managed funding, you may choose any provider but must follow the pricing arrangements and price limits.
