At Zoee we can assist self-managed, plan-managed participants on HCP and NDIS, as well as privately funded clients.

From very first contact Zoe, at Zoee, was reassuring and positive about the prospects of getting the support needed for my mother to stay in her own home. At short notice she determined my mother’s complex needs, interviewed support workers and identified those that have been a very good match. Zoe’s oversight of the care provided and ongoing communication with my mother and everyone on the team has been unfailing. She even stepped into the support worker role when one of the team was unavailable. Zoe is dedicated and responsive. She has had a positive impact beyond all expectation.
