Yes, it is safe, and you are our priority. We do checks on the support workers before their profiles are activated. We check their rights to work in Australia, working with children, qualifications, and police checks.
Each of the support workers also has full insurance.
Well at Zoee, we have a platform that empowers the users to choose who they wish to have work for them in their home. Knowing who that support person is, their qualifications, hobbies etc. It gives both parties the power to make an informed decision, even talk before decisions are made, making sure both parties are compatible.
It allows the carers and worker support to choose their jobs based on their availability, giving a healthy work life balance.
We believe in adding More Life to your years - not years to your life
We offer the following services:

Once you have posted a job ad and accepted the service agreement. You will need to pay the agreed amount plus 7.6%. The 7.6% charge is an administration fee payable to Zoee.
The system will pick up that you haven't had the full services and create a partial refund back to card that was used to make the initial payment.
You pay up front so that your support worker can be paid weekly. Then you submit your receipt either to the NDIS portal or give it to your plan manager to get reimbursed.
Premium self-funding is a service with highly experienced support workers who have been in the industry for a minimum of five years. As well as offering the standard home support there is also a variety of different experiences on offer, such as balloon riding or high tea. It is also where you pay for the support needed by your own means and with no government support.
No, we are not a registered provider.
A registered provider is an identity who has registered with the NDIS for a registration. In order to achieve this, they need to meet a set of requirements. They offer services with limited personal choice.
Zoee, is a non-registered service provider that offers you choice and control on how you spend your funds. It gives the ability to know about the person entering your home or loved one's home.
- You start by going and talking to your local GP and discussing what assistance you may need. The GP or health provider will give you a referral. This is important to do this as soon as you can as the process can take a while to get approved.
- You will need to have an interview assessment you will need to call 1800 200 422. They will discuss what type of assessment you need. The assessment will be completed at your home, you will need your referral and some id.
- Then you will need to find a support worker. Keep in mind that until the funding comes through you will need to cover the costs.
- You need to decide how much control you want to have over your services. For a self-managed fund, you have control over who enters your home or the home of a loved one. You get to know what qualifications the support worker has and get to know a little about the person before they enter the home.
The conventional service provider sends whom either they have able you don’t know what qualification they have or anything about them.
Please contact us if anyone tries to get you to pay them directly as per our terms and conditions. Anyone found doing this will be suspended and possible action taken against them.
